Remembering Fausto Gresini, a friend, a colleague, a real sportsman
Midori Moriwaki and MIE Racing would like to extend their deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Fausto Gresini who passed away yesterday, leaving the entire motorbike racing family devastated by the sad news.

"The news of Fausto Gresini's passing has left me deeply saddened. Fausto was a friend, a colleague, and a person of great value with whom I had the privilege of sharing a common path together in the world of racing.
My fondest memory of our collaboration was in 2010 when the Gresini Racing Moto2 team took the inaugural Moto2 title with Toni Elias riding the "MORIWAKI MD600", a race bike that was built by MORIWAKI Engineering and developed by MORIWAKI Racing as part of the MD Project. A dream come true, and one of the best achievements in the history of Moriwaki, which could not have come to fruition without Fausto. I treasure every moment of the shared challenges, hard work and immense passion.
